  • Pour the water into the pan. As soon as it boils, add to it rosemary and lemon balm. Heat the mixture for 15 minutes, then remove it from the heat and leave it for another 10 minutes.

2. Infusion of linden and thyme

This is one of the best infusions of medicinal herbs that you can drink before going to bed. Both lime and thyme can be bought in a supermarket or pharmacy, and they will help you fall asleep quickly, because:

  • The combination of linden and thyme cleanses our body and strengthens the immune system.
  • The thyme contains the natural ingredient “thymol”, which acts as an antibacterial, antiseptic and antifungal agent. That’s why thyme is useful to take before bed: while we sleep, the body will be cleansed and get rid of toxins. Also, thyme will strengthen our immune system.
  • Remember that the linden has soothing properties , so it is best to take it before going to bed.

  • 15 g fresh thyme
  • 1 glass of water (200 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g)

Cooking method:

  • It’s very simple. First, heat a glass of water. After the water boils, add to it a linden and fresh thyme (previously thoroughly washed), cook the mixture for 15 minutes, leave to infuse for another 10 minutes and then strain the contents.
  • Pour the infusion into your favorite cup and add there a tablespoon of honey. Drink it slowly, enjoying every sip.

3. Infusion of lavender and sage

It is delicious and very useful. This is one of the most useful infusions that you can drink at night, and that’s why:

  • It relaxes muscles: lavender, like sage, is two medicinal plants that relax muscles and relieve pain and tension in the head and neck. The effect is noticeable after 20 minutes.
  • It has an anti-inflammatory effect: sage and lavender are very effective for relieving pain in arthritis and rheumatism. This is the perfect combination that will give you a deep relaxed sleep and ease the discomfort associated with these diseases.

You will need:

  • 15 grams of lavender
  • 15 g of sage
  • 1 glass of water (200 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g)

Cooking method:

  • Both sage and lavender can be bought at any pharmacy. They are very affordable and inexpensive.
  • Heat a glass of water in a saucepan. As soon as the water begins to boil, add to it sage and lavender and cook the herbs for 15-20 minutes. After that, take off the broth of herbs from the fire and let it brew for 10 more minutes.
