As a first step, you should know that the eyes are a continuation of your nervous system, so you should eat better, avoid stress and rest fully, to keep them healthy for as long as possible.

  • Eat foods rich in minerals, such as fruits, seaweed and vegetables.
  • Provide your eyes with oxygen, doing special exercises or breathing exercises, breathe slowly and deeply.
  • Practice relaxing practices such as yoga or tai chi that will help you connect with your inner self and soothe all the body systems.

What signs suggest that you have eye problems?

In addition to impaired vision and the fact that you have to wear glasses, an imbalance at the organic level caused by bad habits or lack of eye care can lead to the following consequences:

Excess of mucus in the eyes

This is the same mucus that sometimes accumulates in the edges of the eyes when we wake up. If you find that you have too much, then perhaps it is because of the excess of toxins that the body is trying to remove in any form and by any means.

The solution in this unpleasant phenomenon is a detox diet or unloading days, in which one should refrain from milk and sour-milk products, fried foods, meat, sugar or salt.

Dark circles under the eyes

Barley

Despite the fact that some believe that the appearance of barley is due to a virus that is in the air, the appearance of these granules of the eyelids is due to excess toxins, poor nutrition or overeating, as well as a lack of certain vitamins.

Avoid eating salty, sweet, fried or fatty foods. A home remedy for getting rid of barley is applying a heated golden object to it, for example, a ring.

Redness and Tears
