Exercises and tips to help cope with tunnel syndrome and pain in the wrist

In very serious and painful cases, doctors recommend fixing the patient’s wrist bandage. It does not allow us to unconsciously move the brush in a dream. If it’s too hard for you to wiggle during the day, do not remove the bandage.

Let your wrists rest. Do not make repeated movements, do not pick up very heavy objects.

If possible, take short breaks at work so as not to overload your wrist.

Remember that the forearms should be at right angles to the computer, and the wrists should be parallel to the floor. Do not forget to keep your back straight .

When working with a mouse, do not lift your wrist: use a special mat. When you need to print, do it slowly and use an ergonomic keyboard.

Every evening when you return home, and every hour at work stretch your arms and wrists.

Make circular movements of the wrist clockwise and counter-clockwise. Another very effective exercise against tunnel syndrome is to stretch your arms and wrists towards the ceiling.
